Clinical Trial Manager, Oncology (Jr. level) Location: Greater Cambridge/Boston area (hybrid – onsite 2‑3 days/week) Employment type: Full-time Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Position Summary: The Clinical Trial Manager (Oncology) supports the planning, implementation, and oversight of clinical trials within the oncology therapeutic area. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you will oversee all aspects of trial management – from start‑up through close‑out – ensuring trials are delivered on time, on budget, and fully compliant with regulatory and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in start‑up activities including site selection, feasibility, investigator meetings, and essential document collection. Support clinical trial planning and tracking, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor trial progress, identifying and escalating risks or issues to senior management as needed. Coordinate cross‑functional communication among internal teams (Data Management, Regulatory, Safety, Biostatistics). Support vendor management, including CROs, labs, and other service providers. Contribute to the review of study documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms (CRFs). Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) compliance and documentation quality. Assist in budget tracking and invoice reconciliation for trial‑related expenses. Ensure all activities are conducted according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company SOPs. Participate in the preparation of study status reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in clinical research (as a Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Trial Assistant, or Study Coordinator preferred). Previous oncology trial experience required. Hybrid position requiring 2‑3 days onsite. May require occasional travel (up to 10–20%) for investigator meetings, site visits, or audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
