Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary:

As an LPN, your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, monitoring and assessing patient conditions, and maintaining accurate records and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, maintaining accurate records and detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care.
  • Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Provide wound care and other clinical support as needed.
  • Adhere to healthcare and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of South Dakota, or eligible Compact State license.
  • At minimum, current BLS certifications (Certification requirements vary by location).
  • At least 1 year of experience as an LPN, actively within the last 12 months.
  • At least 1 year of specialized experience in a Long-term Care (LTC) setting.
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Travel experience preferred, not required.
