OverviewAbout the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Marketing Department on Luke AFB, AZ. This is a Flexible position with no guaranteed hours or benefits. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work an uncommon tour of duty, including nights and weekends along with special events.ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Marketing Director responsible for implementing and overseeing 56 FSS content/social media/Web Design program strategy. Within guidelines, develops FSS strategy and implements tactical plans including building traffic, inciting engagement and growing community social media involvement and tracking and reporting metrics. Responsible for creating, editing, publishing, administering, and removing social media content. Must be mobile and may be subject to irregular tour of duty hours for event coverage after hours and weekends to offer media support/live streaming to our social media platforms. Prepare presentations to promote FSS events and activities. Maintains social media content including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram & Mobile Application. Tracks user analytics for each social media platform. Continuously explores, recommends, uses and optimizes communication methods and technologies to engage with customers and to maximize the squadron\'s branding, products, and services. Identifies relevant new strategies and technology to increase customer engagement and to create online brand exposure. Must use a variety of artistic techniques through video/design software for digital media. Administers surveys, focus groups, collects data tabulates responses, and assists the Marketing Director in analyzing results. Make recommendations to the Marketing Director on program modifications and enhancements along with developing communication strategies to determine the program modifications and enhancements. Develop communication strategies to determine the most effective and efficient method of reaching the target market.
