Adult Case Manager

Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.

High school diploma or equivalent and five years’ supervised behavioral health experience OR Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, education, psychology, or related human services field. Basic computer skills and experience including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record; valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance, and ability to be insured.
