I have become lifelong friends with this team, and I can happily say I love my job and enjoy coming to work.” Position Details Role: Executive Director (Full Time) Location: Lee’s Summit, MO Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and MOD rotation 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 Address: 1701 SE Oldham Parkway, Lee’s Summit, MO 64081 Core Responsibilities Be a visionary, communicating the community’s direction and business and sales plans. Act as a “Management Mechanic,” keeping the community’s operations running smoothly. Serve as a “Resident Receptor,” anticipating and managing resident satisfaction needs. Work as an “Entrepreneurial Steward,” running the community like an independent business. Qualifications At least twenty‑one (21) years of age. Two (2) years of college; at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly; or equivalent education and experience. Active and in good standing LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) or RCAL (Residential Care and Assisted Living Administrator) for Missouri. Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents. Knowledge of, and ability to conform to, applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Ability to maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial and other records. Direct the work of others and provide the necessary leadership for measurable growth and staff satisfaction. Good character and reputation of personal integrity. Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our residents. Computer skills to print documents and enter information in systems. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling for brief periods. Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds. Comfortable sitting at a desk for six to eight hours a day as this position is primarily sedentary. Criminally cleared. Clean driving record as per insurance carrier’s policy.
