As BIM Manager, the incumbent will oversee projects in the state of California job sites for our clients.

Member of Project team as BIM Engineer, reporting to the head of the business.

You will be responsible for preparing and assisting in the development of complex drawings/models using BIM technologies. The position creates, revises, and edits project drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Selected Responsibilities Include but are not limited to general BIM Manager responsibilities:

Ensuring work is consistent with BIM implementation plan and project schedules ·

Coordinating with contractors, project managers, foremen, and other BIM team members ·

Updating progress loads and providing consistent communication with team members ·

Conduct weekly ‘One-on-One’ meetings with direct reports to discuss their priorities and project status. ·

Manage jr. Modelers that will be assigned to you. ·

Manage/Run BIM Meetings. . Quality control models

·

Provide Static equipment and piping expertise to the Project from Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning phases.

·

Safeguard Company technical & contractual interests. ·

Working with clients to ensure that the standards are intelligently applied and adhered. ·

Perform periodic/frequent short visits to project construction sites as required.

The position warrants a professional & dedicated BIM engineer.

The candidate must be able to work effectively with minimum supervision. The job demands a good standard of verbal & written English, a strong team player, and PC literacy.
