Salary: $25 - $30 Hourly

What You’ll Do:
As a Dispatcher you’ll work with other departments to ensure our clients have the best experience during their time with us. A positive and engaging attitude is key to effectively communicating with our chauffeurs and clients. Dispatchers are dynamic team players who are also responsible for:
Reconciliations: Real time position of each vehicle to manage current and future reservations.
Matching: Utilizing historical and current information to assign correct and future workload.
Settlements: Ensuring all trips are properly completed and accurately logged, accounted for and invoiced.
Utilization: Minimizing chauffeur downtime by looking ahead, matching and constantly adjusting chauffeur schedules.
Logistics: Optimizing routes based upon time of day, weather and congestion.
Technologies: Employing multi-tier technologies (web, desk top, internal) to assist in delivering the highest quality customer service.
Managing SLA's: Making sure we're always early with the correct vehicles dispatched and that client's experience continually exceeds their expectations.

Limousine Dispatcher Qualifications:
At least 5 years of dispatching experience in the NY area
Valid New York Driving License
Availability to work overnight and weekends.
Experience working on multiple screens and systems.
Knowledge of traffic rules and patterns and geography of the New York Metropolitan Area
Great verbal and written communication skills
