KPMG is known for being a great place to work and build a career, delivering audit, tax, and advisory services while cultivating an inclusive, innovative culture.KPMG is currently seeking a strategic leader to join our Digital Nexus Technology team, focusing on communication, engagement, and change management for digital projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement communication strategies that align with KPMG’s vision, goals, and objectives to drive engagement and adoption of digital initiatives among employees and stakeholders.Lead and manage multimedia communication campaigns, working with marketing, project stakeholders, learning, corporate communications, and other partners to ensure consistent messaging.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs and platforms, maintaining events calendars, editorial calendars, leadership briefings, town halls, newsletters, and other communications.Influence leadership messaging, create collateral, and drive change and adoption initiatives through content development, training materials, and user readiness programs.Identify evolving project deliverables, remove barriers, resolve conflicts, and define success metrics to track performance throughout program delivery.Provide leadership and guidance to the OCM and digital enablement team, coaching and mentoring staff while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.QualificationsMinimum eight years of recent experience leading strategic communications and change management initiatives for technical projects and products, leveraging change management methodology.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; high school diploma or GED required.Experience leading change for AI programs preferred, with background in project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases.Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and editorial skills with keen attention to detail and creative thinking.Ability to interact, influence, prioritize, delegate, and develop high-performance teams, driving customer service and teamwork.Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills; ability to participate in resource planning; some travel may be required.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship; KPMG does not sponsor U.S. work visas for this opportunity.KPMG offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and well-being benefits.
