As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents while conducting active patrols throughout a dynamic retail location. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking necessary actions as required. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to support a secure environment for employees and visitors. Interact with employees, visitors, and customers in a professional manner, offering assistance and addressing concerns related to security-related matters. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to the public. Prepare and submit incident reports and daily activity logs according to Allied Universal protocols.Minimum Requirements: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Level III Armed Certification required for Texas roles. Possession of a state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
