Assistant Director, Academic Planning, Metropolitan College, Summer Term Join our team as the Assistant Director for Academic Planning in Summer Term. You will provide operational oversight for a suite of major annual initiatives related to academic planning, course scheduling, faculty and staff hiring, room scheduling, course registration, student success, and faculty stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the annual collection of salary and scheduling information from 50 departments across BU. Create the schedule of 700 courses and manage course registration for visiting students. Lead the yearly upgrade of the Summer Term website and admissions forms. Create faculty contracts and oversee weekly payroll for more than 1000 summer employees, including hiring paperwork and I-9 processing. Manage all Summer Term enrollment and course assessment data reporting. Requirements BA / BS Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience or MA in Business or Data Analytics with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with database and website maintenance. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of detail; excellent organizational skills. Commitment to a high level of customer service. Experience with SIS (esp Campus Solutions) and Payroll Systems.
