Facilitators must be available for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week to receive this bonus.Mental Health Group Facilitator Position Summary:We’re seeking passionate Counselors and Therapists dedicated to Mental Health and Substance Use recovery.Responsibilities:Facilitate engaging group sessionsMaintain timely and accurate documentationPromote a safe and inclusive environmentAttend 1:1 (Therapists) and group supervision sessions (Therapists and Substance Use Counselors)Participate in leadership coaching with our CEOQualifications:Active registration/certification (CADC, CATC, SUDCC, APCC, AMFT, ACSW etc.)6+ months experience with mental illness/substance abuseValid California driver’s license and liability insurancePass background and medical checksRADTs encouraged to apply if you have holistic practices in your toolbox (e.g., mindfulness, reiki, yoga, sound healing) or if you are currently in a therapist master's program and looking for a practicumSkills:Cultural humility and sensitivity to diverse populationsStrong verbal and written communicationConfidence speaking in front of groupsEffective group facilitation and engagementAccurate documentation and tech-savvySchedule:Flexible, 10-15 hours per week (potential for more depending on rapport), Monday-Sunday including holidaysJoin us and make a difference #J-18808-Ljbffr
