This is a full-spectrum, outpatient position where you will care for a wide range of patients. As a physician-owned clinic, ideal candidates will be eager to work closely with the entire organization and become active participants in how the practice operates.   • New graduates are welcome to apply

  • Supportive team environment with full-service laboratory and imaging services on site
  • Comprehensive benefits including generous PTO, health, vision, dental and retirement
  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance is available
  • Benefit from a loan repayment/retention bonus program, with up to $100,000 disbursed over a four-year period.
  • Compensation is between $275,000 and $400,000 per year
  • Compensation has the potential to exceed $400,000 annually through additional earning opportunities

With four locations in and around Salem, each clinic provides high-quality Primary Care, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, OB/GYN and Urgent Care services, along with full-service laboratory and imaging departments.
