Equipment Operations-Custom Applicator

In this job, the team member will operate state of the art equipment to provide accurate application of agronomy products according to customer specifications.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Provide accurate custom application of agronomy productsEfficiently operate application equipmentComplete all related paper work in a timely mannerEnsure services are performed in such a manner as to maintain good customer relationsComply with all federal and state Department of Transportation regulations and strive for excellent Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) scoresKnow and follow all company safety policies/procedures. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulationsPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Report all maintenance items to supervisorMaintain equipment in operational and cleanly appearances at all timesRepresent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance - positively enriching the culture of CFSMake decisions and follow instructions with little or no supervisionPerform other duties as requested by supervisor or management RequirementsLicensing, Certification and Qualifications:Maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat and tanker endorsements. Maintain air brake endorsement with class A CDL. Will assist with obtaining license and endorsementsMaintain required Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certificationMaintain insurability requirements in accordance with property and casualty insurance guidelines - acceptable driving recordMaintain commercial applicators license. Will assist with obtaining licenseWorking Environment:Will be subject to outdoor temperature fluctuations, bouncing or jolting.
