Are you a motivated and passionate Registered Dietitian ready to make a difference in your community? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team. In this role, you'll provide expert nutritional guidance, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients in achieving their health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients.
Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans based on patient needs and health goals.
Provide education on healthy eating, dietary modifications, and lifestyle changes.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition care into overall patient management.
Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
Stay current with the latest research and advancements in nutrition and dietetics.
Advocate for patients’ nutritional needs and ensure they receive the best possible care.
Participate in community outreach and educational programs related to nutrition and health.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program and completion of a dietetic internship program from an ADA/ACEND- approved Dietetic Education Program.
Registration with the Commission on Dietetics Registration required.
Licensure with the South Carolina Panel for Dietetic required.
Strong knowledge of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and therapeutic diets.
