**Job Title: Maintenance Technician III****Job Description**Primarily performing maintenance on a new blasting machine.**Responsibilities**+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of production and processing equipment as well as utility-related equipment, following all safety procedures.+ Support the installation of new equipment.+ Assist the machine operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.+ Ensure all repairs are documented in the maintenance system.+ Maintain and repair buildings' plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systems, and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.+ Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures, including the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out/tag out program, and hearing and eye protection policies.+ Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.**Essential Skills**+ 2+ years of working experience as a Maintenance Technician in any industry.+ Mechanical experience with belts, gears, bearings, motors, VFD, and sensors.+ Good tenure with no frequent job changes.+ Experience with basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and tolerate a variable climate.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**+ Associate’s Degree in Electrical-Mechanical or Industrial Mechanics.+ Knowledge of PLCs, CMMS, and Microsoft Office.**Why Work Here?**We offer financial increases, opportunities for career advancement to team lead or supervisor roles, and competitive shift differentials. Shift options include 1st shift (5am-5:30pm), 3rd shift (SUN – TH 4PM – 2:30AM), and weekend shift (F – Su 5AM – 5:30PM). Shift differentials include $1.00/hr for nights and $2.50/hr for weekends.
