We are seeking a Vice President of Product (B2C) to define and drive our consumer product vision, strategy, and execution. This is a high-ownership, in-office leadership role in Fremont, CA where you will be responsible for delivering the next generation of customer experiences that fuel growth from $200M → $400M and beyond.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the consumer product strategy and roadmap across all B2C offerings (parking, car wash, insurance, EV charging, roadside, etc.).Build and scale AI-first consumer product features that drive savings, convenience, and peace of mind.Drive product execution with discipline and speed, ensuring delivery of features that improve acquisition, retention, and engagement.Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Design to align priorities with B2C growth goals.Lead and mentor a team of product managers, setting a high bar for consumer experience and execution.Establish strong processes for requirements gathering, prioritization, and ROI-driven decision making.Continuously evaluate consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive offerings to keep Way.com ahead.Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to executive leadership.RequirementsMust have: Previous Senior Product Leadership experience at a unicorn B2C startup (e.g., DoorDash, Airbnb, Dave, or similar).If you do not have unicorn B2C experience, please do not apply.6 years of product management experience, with at least 1 years in senior leadership roles eg Director of Product.Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products with measurable growth and retention outcomes.Deep experience driving AI-first product development and leveraging data/ML to improve consumer experiences.Hands-on product leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels.Strong business acumen and ability to connect consumer product decisions directly to revenue and ROI.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.This is an in-office role in Fremont, CA.
