LastPass is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our identity management and security portfolio. In this role, youll shape the future of our Secure Access Experiences, expanding our offerings into adjacent areas such as SaaS Monitoring, SaaS Security, Zero Trust, and passwordless authentication. Your leadership will drive the evolution of our identity and security solutions beyond traditional password management impacting key business outcomes including customer acquisition, retention, growth, profitability, and return on investment. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in identity and access management (IAM) or cybersecurity, and a proven track record of leading customer-centric SaaS products that deliver exceptional user experiences. If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you As a key member of the core product leadership team, youll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across engineering, UX design, channel sales, product marketing, customer success, and finance to drive both business performance and customer satisfaction. Youll also play a mentorship role, guiding and supporting less experienced product managers as they grow in their careers. In addition, youll work closely with executives and key stakeholders to ensure product strategy is tightly aligned with the company's vision and delivers measurable business outcomes. What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to translate high-level corporate goals into actionable product strategies. Define and articulate the product vision for LastPass Identity and Security, maintaining a clear, customer-focused roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term growth. Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to craft go-to-market strategies for key customer segments, and develop operational plans that drive scalable, profitable growth. Lead the full product lifecycle, including market and user research, competitive analysis, strategic planning, positioning, requirements gathering, and product launches. Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements to guide engineering teams through prototyping and development. Leverage market insights and data to shape sales strategies and inform product positioning and messaging. Work closely with engineering to ensure timely, predictable delivery of roadmap initiatives. What does it take to work at LastPass? Product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments. A proven track record of leading business-critical, admin-focused SaaS products at the core of successful B2B or B2C platforms. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams and effectively communicate product vision and plans to stakeholders, executives, customers, analysts, and partners. Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a passion for data-driven decision making. Domain expertise in cybersecurity is highly preferred. Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-moving organizations with multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting priorities. Its great, but not required : Educational or professional background in Computer Science, Product Development, or Engineering. Hands-on experience in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) domains. Strong working knowledge of key identity and security technologies, including: Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols such as SAML and OIDC Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Privileged Access Management (PAM) Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR / XDR) Zero Trust Architecture and Principles Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. US Pay Range $165,000 - $200,000 USD Why LastPass?
