Required Skills and Experience Required Skills Provide care as an extension of the Family Medicine MD through clinic appointments, including physicals, PHASEs, wellness visits (WWE), routine care, sick visits, urgent care, and post‑hospital discharge follow‑ups. Collaborate closely with the Family Medicine MD and Internal Medicine team to ensure high-quality patient care. Coordinate care and referrals with specialists across the PIH Health network using a unified EMR system. Educate patients on disease prevention, health management, and wellness strategies. Manage a full patient caseload independently while maintaining strong communication with the care team. Apply expertise in primary care, family medicine, and women’s health for patients of all ages. Demonstrate effective teamwork in a multidisciplinary clinical environment. Required Experience Current California Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license. Graduate of an accredited Family Medicine NP/PA Master’s program. Minimum of 3 years previous experience in Family Medicine. Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Evidence of continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure. Preferred: Proficiency in Spanish or Korean. Compensation Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year. Benefits Competitive salary with strong earning potential. Shareholder opportunity after 2 years, with enhanced benefits.
