Capital One is seeking a motivated professional for a Principal Associate position in **Card Partnerships Finance.** As a Principal Associate in **Card Partnerships Financ****e**, you will work in an exciting growth business within the credit card segment and serve in a leading role supporting our Bass Pro Cabelas (CLUB) Card Partnership, a strategic Credit Card Partnership in Capital One’s portfolio. The ideal candidate will provide strong financial leadership across the entire P&L, influencing both internal and external growth and efficiency efforts. The role will emphasize problem-solving, relationship building, and influence competencies as you navigate the intersection of credit card economics and client relationship management to effectively: ****General** **Responsibilities:***** Financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management* Strategic partnership to provide business partners with financial impacts of different acquisition and portfolio strategies* Assist in development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences and clearly articulate outcomes of analysis to leadership teams* Address and deliver on ad-hoc requests and special projects, often in an ambiguous environment* Independently manage and prioritize workload* Demonstrate a passion to learn and continuously develop traditional FP&A and technical skills* Bachelor’s Degree or military experience* At least 3 years’ experience in financial analysis* At least 3 years’ experience with financial modeling* Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)* Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) Accounting, Finance, or Economics* Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license* 4+ years’ experience in financial analysis* 4 +years’ experience with financial modeling* 3+ years' experience in technology or financial services* 3+ years' experience partnering with internal stakeholders* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills* SQL and Python skillsCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
