As a Senior Software Engineer at Molten, you will join our product team in the following areas: Take individual contributor ownership of application features - to build, deploy and iterate upon them in Agile sprints Contribute to the design, architecture, research of Molten's core platform (which may include aspects of data transmission, security, back‑end and front‑end development) Test accuracy, performance and scalability to deploy robust systems for global user groups Collaborate with the business development team to best articulate the value proposition of product features to Molten's users, and with our technology partners to design and integrate broader solutions Work directly with the Chief Product Owner and Lead Engineers to align engineering objectives with the product vision and roadmap As an ideal fit for this role, you are: Analytical: you have a rigorous academic background in computer science, and a proven ability to think creatively, learn new skills and build innovative software products Entrepreneurial: you thrive in the startup environment, you take ownership of your work, you are passionate about ambitious ideas, and you can build teams around a shared vision; prior startup experience is a plus Team‑player: you recognize that your success lies in the success of the team, you take initiatives to continuously improve collaboration, productivity and performance of the team Goal‑oriented: when things seem to get overwhelming for most people, you have the demonstrated ability to put things in perspective, prioritize, and deliver results Our culture: is about being rigorous at work and celebrating our big and small wins as a team.
