Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Qualifications BS degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare or SNF marketing Must have at least 2 years of experience within the Healthcare and Admissions process for Skilled Nursing Facilities Must have Supervisory experience Experience verifying financial assets, insurance coverage, e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance eligibility, and confidential medical information Excellent communication skills Personable and outgoing Responsibilities The Director will be responsible for managing the Admissions process for incoming and prospective residents and managing census levels for the facility The successful candidate will have experience managing a busy Admissions department within a Nursing Home and have a good understanding of the admissions process including intake policies and procedures, assessments, and Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care reimbursement processes Additionally, the Director will manage two Marketers who are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors, and community organizations, etc., to generate admissions at the facility Manage the admissions process efficiently to ensure a positive experience for residents, families, and supporting staff Meet short-term and long-term census goals Respond to all inquiries regarding potential residents of the facility in a sensitive, courteous, and competent manner Participate in the ongoing process of Quality Improvement to improve upon the service, standards, and processes of the facility Responsible for all required daily, weekly, monthly census and activity reports Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Education and Training Industries Hospitals and Health Care Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at M2 HEALTHCARE LTD by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
