Lead Process Architect (Future Opportunity) Join to apply for the Lead Process Architect (Future Opportunity) role at Metric5. Note: This opportunity is contingent upon receiving award and is not immediately available. Must be local to the DMV area, a US citizen, and able to obtain a government agency clearance. Metric5 is seeking a Lead Process Architect for an upcoming opportunity. The Lead Process Architect will lead a team of business analysts and software engineers to manage the automation opportunity and intake process. The role works directly with business stakeholders to identify and design process robotics opportunities and provides technical expertise and project direction for implementing RPA solutions. Responsibilities Lead the team of business analysts and software engineers to manage automation opportunity management and intake process. Work with business stakeholders to oversee and identify process robotics opportunities and guide team members delivering projects that identify, design, and implement process robotics solutions. Maintain responsibility for management and direction of multiple, large, or complex process robotics implementations across a variety of customer environments. Work with FEMA businesses, IT teams, and senior‑level managers to provide technical expertise and project direction in implementing RPA solutions. Experience in developing RPA bots utilizing a variety of industry and custom tools. Required Qualifications Minimum four (4) years relevant experience with large-scale software implementations, including robotic process automation. Required Certifications Active UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (or current/equivalent). Preferred Qualifications DHS experience. Federal Government Financial System Modernization experience. Education Bachelor’s Degree. Clearance Must be a United States citizen and must possess ability to pass a Public Trust Government background investigation. Location Washington, DC area / Hybrid work environment.
