What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Design and develop software while improving existing code for efficiency and bug detection. Write unit tests and validate software against acceptance criteria. Conduct impact analysis to identify changes across multiple applications. Lead code reviews and communicate application changes effectively. Mentor and coach less experienced software engineers. What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field; or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience or comparable depth of experience. Skilled in developing omnichannel conversational flows using Genesys Cloud CX Architect. Strong understanding of one or more object-oriented programming languages and design patterns. Practical experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile/SCRUM. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in a lead role overseeing technical direction of a software engineering team. Proficient in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Advanced understanding of IDEs and ability to leverage features for improved performance. Experience in creating REST API documentation using Swagger or similar tools. Financial services industry experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
