Job Description:
The provider will have an office in a nursing home and will work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday.
Provider will see about 10-15 patients daily. We are focused on quality vs quantity.
We work during business hours. Example: 8am-4pm. Semi-flexibility with schedule.
We provide light call service

Requirements:
APRN license in the state of operation
DEA license
National Certification
