Process Engineering Associate

The Process Engineering Associate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability. This position requires a deep understanding of process engineering principles, extensive experience in the chemical or oil and gas industry, and proficiency in industry-standard software such as HYSYS, ProMax, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Conduct process simulations and modeling using HYSYS, ProMax, or equivalent software.
Perform process troubleshooting and provide technical support to operations.
Develop and implement process control strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and project proposals.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the chemical or oil and gas industry.
Proficiency in process simulation software such as HYSYS, ProMax, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
