Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Neuro Service Line Lead OR RN:
- You will provide for the daily operations and maintenance of the Neuro service line.
- You will be essential in coordinating services as part of an interdisciplinary team of caregivers.
- You will collaborate with all other healthcare disciplines to achieve successful execution of the patient’s plan-of-care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Your operational responsibilities include the coordination of staff education, outcome management, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity, and capital budgets.
- You will be required to take call as needed by the department and completes other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred. Previous experience with specialty service line coordination and development preferred.
