What You'll Do:

Mentor and train plant electricians and mechanics to quickly diagnose and resolve issues with canmaking equipment to ensure high product quality and efficient production.
Direct the development and debugging of new products, production equipment, and manufacturing lines.
Work with plants and OEM suppliers and vendors to identify and resolve mechanical production problems, improving efficiency, quality, and safety.
Work closely with Plant Management, Project Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
Travel regularly to production facilities and equipment vendors as needed.



We Need You To Have:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred; relevant experience considered in place of a degree.
5 or more years of electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
2 or more years of PLC controls experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, HMIs, Servo, and Inverter drives.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging electrical controls, servos, inverter drives, and PLC platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD; experience with RS Logix, Studio 5000, or FTV Studio is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, with overnight stays required.
