Perform legal research and collect and summarize relevant case information. Cite‑check, proofread, and Bluebook legal documents. Coordinate legal projects and provide general substantive case support as needed. Prepare for and attend depositions and trials. A Bachelor’s degree is required, as is specific experience managing IP litigation matters. Communicative. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player. You are friendly and enjoy working closely with others in a fast‑paced environment. Detail oriented. You are incredibly organized and produce quality work. Flexible. You understand that being a paralegal is not a 9-5 job, and you are able to accommodate long hours and sporadic travel.
