Overview Join to apply for the Benefit Sales Advisor role at Forza Insurance Group. The Forza Insurance Group is a family-owned supplemental benefits broker headquartered in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. We are currently seeking experienced and licensed Benefit Sales Advisors to join our growing team to service our existing client base on a full-time, year-round basis. NO PROSPECTING REQUIRED - we have long-standing and established relationships with large employer groups throughout the country, including a strong presence in the tri-state and New England regions. Responsibilities Traveling to assigned locations to conduct supplemental benefits enrollment. Following protocols and procedures as set forth by the company. Meeting with employees/union members to educate on our offerings. Managing your own time and schedule to maximize production and efficiency. Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions as deemed necessary by the company. Compensation and Benefits We offer an industry-leading compensation structure based on experience, including bonuses and sales incentives. Our top producers consistently earn over $125,000 annually, with opportunities for growth in management. Location and Travel This role is a remote position and requires regular company-paid travel. This position does not offer the opportunity to work from home. Qualifications An active Life & Health producer license is required. We are currently only accepting licensed candidates for this position.
