You will provide advisory and guidance to Macquarie Asset Management staff on risk management frameworks and policies, focusing on Wealth and Investment Solutions with a global perspective. Your responsibilities will include risk advisory, overseeing incident management and the preparation of risk reporting and insights for senior management, and leading risk and control self‑assessment processes. You will conduct deep‑dive risk reviews to assess internal controls, present findings to investors and Board members, and supervise, coach, and develop team members to support high performance and growth. Salary range for this position: $220,000‑$270,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
