Students complete their core academic curriculum in only two hours per day through AI‑driven learning platforms, while the rest of their time is devoted to practical competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful project work. No traditional lectures, no filler assignments, just accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally. What You Will Be Doing Managing the complete parent relationship lifecycle—from initial contact through sustained engagement—for a single campus location. Conducting persuasive information sessions and individualized discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters. Acting as the principal parent liaison—addressing questions, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels valued and supported following enrollment. Establishing credibility and presence through consistent on‑site engagement, community partnerships, and targeted relationship‑building. Mobilizing parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community reach. What You Won’t Be Doing Using formulaic sales approaches or impersonal communication methods. Transferring relationship responsibilities to campus personnel or adopting a passive stance. Allowing organized parent coalitions to compromise or undermine Alpha's educational philosophy. Operating remotely—this position requires deep integration into the parent community and campus environment. Key Responsibilities Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your assigned campus by cultivating trusted parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy. Basic Requirements Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Miami, FL; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; Chantilly, VA; or Dorado, PR. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 5+ years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making. Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation learning model. Working with Us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
