*Position Overview: *We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Installer to join our team in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

*Responsibilities:*
* Installation projects for residential HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
* Collaborate with the installation team to assign tasks, oversee work progress, and ensure efficient project completion.
* Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
* Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
* Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent for each project.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation and service.

*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Residential HVAC Installer with a proven track record in installations.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and electrical circuits.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
* Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by the state of Washington.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
