Role Description

The Project Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as project estimation, communication, and budgeting. The Project Estimator will work closely with the construction team to provide accurate estimates.

Qualifications

  • Project Estimation skills in drywall & carpentry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
  • Experience in budgeting and financial analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Proficiency in construction estimation software
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles & practices
