Consultant Operations Specialist Join to apply for the Consultant Operations Specialist role at NCM Associates The Consultant Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the success of consulting engagements by providing operational, administrative, and content development support. This position enhances consultant and client productivity by coordinating projects, managing tools and systems, supporting client-facing activities, and improving internal processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage technology and AI tools to drive efficiency and consistency. Duties and Responsibilities Consultant Support Schedule, attend, and support consultant meetings, including note-taking, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up. Coordinate and support client projects by ensuring systems, values, and assessments are properly set up. Support Winning Measures and Jobtrack utilization, including editing and uploading job analyses and supporting all reviews. Create client-facing demos, guides, and training resources to improve adoption and clarity. Business Activities Support Provide HelpDesk support for Winning Measures, elevate issues to Potentia as needed, identify software improvements, and train the Support group. Develop and maintain workload planners. Prepare process documentation, templates, and AI-enabled tools to simplify and standardize consulting efforts. Design and manage surveys/feedback loops for trainings, 20 Groups, and client projects. Support consultants in proposal development. Development and Content Support Produce, edit, and organize training videos, guides, and documentation. Test and apply AI tools for summarizing, formatting, and improving training and documentation resources. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline operations and strengthen team output. Qualifications Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency with documentation, templates, and digital tools. Strong communication and client support skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure consistency and accuracy. Experience supporting consultants, client projects, or professional services teams. Familiarity with workload planning and project tracking. Ability to apply AI tools for process improvement, documentation, and training. Experience developing client-facing demos, guides, and training resources. Knowledge of survey tools and feedback management. Exposure to proposal development processes.
