** Job Description**

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the sanitation of the facility. The incumbent is required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

-Clean all office facilities, break rooms, and restrooms by sweeping/mopping the floors and dusting all appliances and equipment.

-Empty trash receptacles in the office facilities, break rooms, and restrooms.

-Maintain the cleanliness of exterior break areas and parking lots.

-Wash windows on a quarterly basis.

-Replenish paper towels, toilet tissue, and soap as needed.

-Perform minor maintenance repairs to restroom fixtures.

**Experience / Requirements**

-Ability to pass drug test.
