*Lead Controls Engineer*

*JOB DESCRIPTION*

1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

2nd shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

*Responsibilities:*
* Oversees conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) of production equipment.
* Oversees performing predictive analysis of production equipment.
* Conducts root cause analysis to diagnose equipment failures to ensure they don’t occur again.
* Develops proactive maintenance procedures to ensure production line efficiency and sustain asset uptime.

*Must-Have Skills *
* Experience with production maintenance planning is strongly desired
* Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) INFOR is highly desired but not required
* Experience working in a union environment
* Capable of programming automated systems
* Capable of programming robotics and related programmable automation
* Understanding of preventative maintenance systems
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and AutoCAD
* Demonstrated analytical, planning, and organizational skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $63.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
