Santa Rosa, United States Provider Solutions & Development Full time

Providence Medical Group is seeking an experienced, full-time General Surgeon to join both its Santa Rosa and Petaluma locations in Northern California. As such, you can expect 60% of your time dedicated towards the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, and 40% towards the Petaluma Valley Hospital while working on roughly 4 to 8 operations per week. These facilities are just 18 miles apart from each other and both have a strong surgical support team already in place. The role also calls for a minimum of 7 call-days per month at the Petaluma location.   • Full-time employment with Providence Medical Group qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
  • Full-time position split between Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and Petaluma Valley Hospital (18 miles apart)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in practice required
  • Minimum 7 call days per month at Petaluma location
  • Highly supportive and collegial team
  • Local/CA licensed provider preferred
  • Compensation is between $358,424.00 and $542,763 per year
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
