Location confirmation: Mattoon, IL 61938Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Packaging Operations Coordinator for Client Mattoon Distribution Center located in Mattoon, IL, you will work on a variety of tasks such as: Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the Client network Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, document preparation and email communication to support third-party packaging facility's day-to-day operations Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders What Skills You Need Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Critical-thinking and decision-making skills Ability to look at datasets Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team What Makes You Stand Out? Experience working in a warehouse or production environment Experience Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) Knowledge of developing work standards Administrative experience Requirements Able to lift 50lbs Able to be on their feet 70% of day Comfortable in high-traffic warehouse environment Available to work 40 hours/weekly Education Ideally you will have a bachelor's degree in business or supply-chain or equivalent related work experience Competencies Adaptability Valuing Differences Making Sound Decisions Managing Work Effectively Innovation Communicating with Impact Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $19.00 - $21.50 per hour.
