We are seeking a highly motivated Attorney with 7+ years’ experience to join our consumer‑oriented, general practice law firm. The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel to clients on a range of matters, including demand letters, wills and trusts, personal injury, civil litigation, probate, real estate, and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities Consultation and Case Evaluation: Assess client objectives, applicable law, and potential outcomes. Negotiation and Mediation: Pursue settlement through informal resolution and structured mediation when appropriate. Litigation: Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, appear at hearings, and represent clients in trial and appellate proceedings. Document Preparation: Draft and review legal instruments such as contracts, deeds, wills, leases, and settlement agreements. Ongoing Legal Counsel: Provide advice and continuing support to clients as their legal needs evolve. Research & Analysis: Conduct legal research on emerging business law issues. Client Development: Maintain and grow client relationships through exceptional service and networking. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar (in good standing). 7+ years of experience in business, corporate, or commercial law (transactional and/or litigation). Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment. Strong leadership skills. Preferred Skills Comfort with cloud‑based legal research and document management tools. Demonstrated business acumen and client‑focused mindset.
