About the Role The Director of Nursing / Branch Director will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Nashville, TN, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non‑clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care. Responsibilities Supervise the clinical operations of a team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator. Organize and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring effective communication both orally and in writing. Understand issues related to the delivery of home health care services and solve problems as they arise. Review plans of care on a daily basis using OASIS and Medicare guidelines. Leverage previous home health and management experience to contribute to a rewarding, high‑performing environment. Qualifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based. Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing. Minimum of one‑year nursing experience within the last 36 months. Medicare home health experience strongly preferred. Previous management/supervisory experience preferred. Requirements Current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
