This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity. The incumbent is responsible for acting in accordance with Jimmy John's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Directing employees to complete tasks and to various work stations
Executing store systems and procedures during shifts
Follows all operational procedures, including those for cash handling
Maintains a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume and sets the pace for the team
Delivers Outstanding customer service to all customers by acting with a customer first attitude
Assist with new employee training

This Jimmy John's is independently owned and operated under a franchise agreement with LPH Ventures, franchisor of the Jimmy John's system.
