We are looking for candidates who have the ability to work in a team setting, as well as having the drive to work independently.

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, evaluating, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems. Duties include technical expertise in the operability and functionality of both commercial and residential HVAC systems, which includes individual components as well as a system as a whole. The right candidate will have a background working on HVAC systems and electricity related problems, as well as regular interaction with managers and leadership to ensure quality control.

Responsibilities:
* Be able to design systems.
* Be able to construct and install HVAC systems.
* Be able to maintain HVAC systems.
* Be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
* Know the different types of heating and cooling systems.
* Understand the various parts of an HVAC system.

*Licenses / Certifications:*
* *Valid Drivers License*
* *Hold Maine State Propane/Natural Gas license with endorsements for installation and service*
* *Propane/Natural Gas Large equipment endorsement*
* *Excellent customer service skills*
* *Strong written and oral communication skills*
* *A commitment and desire to improve and expand technical skills*
* _Maine State Oil 1 + 2 up to 15 GPH License a plus_
* _Maine State Oil 1 + 2 over 15GPH_
* _EPA 608 Certification a plus_
* _Plumbing License a plus_
* _Additional licenses and certifications a plus_

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
