The team has experience working on matters in both national and international disputes. The groups representational experience includes civil fraud, complex cross-border disputes, consumer class action, and multi-district litigation.Experience:Candidates must have over one year of experience in a relevant law firm setting.Experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills.Exposure to mass tort and product liability litigation; class action litigation experience is also helpful.Experience handling high-stake litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe.Familiarity with working on matters at both a national and international level.Familiarity with managing electronic discovery, including managing document collections and vendors is a plus.Experience with depositions, motion practice, and handling oral arguments is a plus.Trial experience is beneficial.Excellent academic records, as well as superb skills in writing, communication, interpersonal, and analytical.A relevant Juris Doctorate Degree is a must have.Responsibilities:Drafting and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other documents.Taking and defending depositions and related work with witnesses and experts.Working on all aspects of disputes from inception through trial and appeal.Supporting the team on business development and other litigation-related matters.How to Apply:Thank you for your interest in this role.
