Job Description Vice President of Data Center Construction We’re seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Data Center Construction Division , overseeing high-performance electrical infrastructure across hyperscale and enterprise-level builds. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the complexity of mission-critical systems, and knows how to build teams that deliver. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of data center construction from preconstruction through commissioning Build and mentor high-performing teams across field, PM, and engineering functions Partner with clients, GCs, and design teams to ensure constructability, schedule alignment, and budget control Represent the organization in executive-level meetings, RFQs, and strategic partnerships Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all mission-critical projects Identify and mitigate risks early through proactive planning and communication Qualifications 15+ years in electrical contracting, with proven success in executive-level project leadership Extensive experience in hyperscale data center construction Deep understanding of electrical systems in live and greenfield environment Proven success managing $50M+ projects and multi-site portfolios Passion for mentoring and developing emerging leaders Strong communicator with executive presence and field credibility Why Join Us Competitive base salary + bonus Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO High-impact leadership role with visibility Culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation Opportunity to shape strategy and mentor rising talent in a fast-growing sector #J-18808-Ljbffr
