Associate Director - OSFA Outreach & Advisor Job Title: Associate Director - OSFA Outreach & Advisor Location: Atlanta, Georgia Regular/Temporary: Regular Full/Part Time: Full-Time Job ID: 292613 Job Summary Supervise outreach and student advisement services in support of the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OFSA). Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. The position interacts consistently with prospective and enrolled students, parents, staff, external entities, and the community, and advises and counsels prospective and enrolled students, parents, and staff while supervising outreach and advisement staff. Responsibilities Coordinate development of publications and web content to promote services of OFSA and opportunities for student financial aid. Supervise and participate in providing advice to students regarding various aspects of OFSA programs including eligibility, appeals review, and academic standards. Coordinate the periodic review of all aid recipients’ records concerning compliance with Standards of Satisfactory Academic Progress. Administer outreach and communications programs in compliance with applicable consumer information regulations. Plan, organize, train, supervise and monitor performance of assigned staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience: Five to seven years of job‑related experience. Skills: Knowledge of financial aid management processes, program communications, supervision and team leadership, communications, training/presentation, customer service, and proficiency with office‑related and specialized computer applications. Other Information This is a supervisory position. This position does not have any financial responsibilities, does not require driving, does not involve travel, is a position of trust, does not require a purchasing card, and does not require security clearance. Job Grade: A10. Anticipated salary rate: $90,000–$100,000 commensurate with qualifications. Background Check Successful candidate must be able to pass a background.
