Responsibilities Analyze complex customer requirements and create detailed technical concepts and specifications. Advise our customers on the selection, configuration, and implementation of our software solutions and system landscapes. Take responsibility for the technical implementation and integration of our products into existing IT infrastructures. Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams. Serve as the point of contact for technical questions throughout the entire project lifecycle. Actively contribute to the further development of our products and services by incorporating customer feedback and market trends. Perform error analysis and troubleshooting in cooperation with the development teams. Document solutions and processes. Provide support for issues related to product software support. Qualifications Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience. At least 20 years of professional experience in a similar role as Technical Consultant, System Engineer, or Application Developer with customer interaction. In‑depth knowledge of the following Broadcom products: DX O2 as “Broadcom Knight” and “Certified Expert” (Implementation and Support) Automic Automation “Broadcom Knight” and “Proven Professional” (Implementation and Support) DX UIM DX NetOps AppNeta And more Experience in conducting customer workshops, training sessions, and presentations. Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking. High customer orientation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent German and good English skills. Willingness to travel (partially) for customer projects. Team player with initiative and willingness to learn.
