Technical Services Driver Arcwood Environmental seeks a Technical Services Driver to drive semi‑vans, roll‑off trailers, and dump trailers as required. Essential Functions & Requirements Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization Loads supplies needed for job completion and travels to various industry, laboratory, and school sites to perform lab pack services Prepares for daily trip by inspecting vehicle and equipment, fueling truck, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent order Drives to customer sites to collect waste material and/or transport hazardous and non‑hazardous material Completes necessary paperwork for shipment of hazardous and non‑hazardous materials Follows proper placarding and load segregation requirements when transporting hazardous materials Maintains a logbook for D.O.T. compliance Assists customers on troubleshooting and correct record‑keeping inconsistencies and service concerns Acts as Company Representative with contacts Education High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Experience 1 Year of CDL Driving Experience (required) Minimum Class B CDL License with Hazmat Endorsement (required) Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement (preferred) Competencies Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role Benefits, Compensation, & Workforce Diversity Arcwood offers competitive pay and bonus incentives, and benefits include choice of medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending or health savings accounts, employee and dependent life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, a 401(k) savings plan with 7% company match, and tuition reimbursement.
