We operate 1,200+ locations domestically and 50+ internationally, including specialty concept stores for the NBA, NHL, Paris Saint-Germain, and numerous MLB teams. In recent years, Lids has built partnerships with iconic global brands such as Marvel, Playboy, and the Harlem Globetrotters, and gained ambassadors like Justin Jefferson, Quavo, and Josephine Skriver. Responsibilities Generate sales gains by providing high‑quality customer service and meeting or exceeding company objectives. Document and provide feedback on associate sales performance consistently. Adhere to visual guidelines, including merchandising, signage, store cleanliness, and dress code. Control expenses by protecting company assets, preparing store schedules, managing inventory, recording transactions, and following operating procedures. Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Supervise associates: recruit, train, guide, and perform subordinates’ work as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience. Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss. Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with relevant software. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work with hands overhead. Standing required for up to 100% of the work time. Capability to work unsupervised. Preferred Qualifications Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary by location. Assistant Store Managers part‑time positions offer monthly sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
