About the Role We’re looking for confident, community-minded Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are excited to grow their own member base and provide high-touch, personalized care. Our subscription model allows members to pay a recurring fee, and you share directly in that revenue. Your growth = your compensation. This role is perfect for providers who want more autonomy, more meaningful patient relationships, and more upside than the traditional salary model provides. What You'll Do Grow and manage your own patient panel. Conduct proactive hormone optimization and wellness visits with your members. Build meaningful connections and long-term care relationships. Engage with your local community and personal network to expand your member base. Collaborate with Balo’s leadership team to elevate patient experience and outcomes. Ideal Candidate You’re confident connecting with people and building relationships. You enjoy autonomy and want true ownership of your success. You’re comfortable networking, educating, and growing your panel. You’re passionate about wellness, longevity, and proactive medicine. You thrive in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment. Requirements: Licensed NP or PA (active). DEA number. Experience in wellness, hormone health, or functional medicine is a bonus — but not required. We provide full training. Compensation This is a 1099 contractor role with performance-based earnings. You share directly in your membership revenue — providers who build strong panels typically earn well above traditional clinic salaries. Training program included. The hormone/wellness training cost is reimbursed after reaching a defined membership milestone.
