transform raw data from diverse enterprise sources into intelligent, actionable business applications.What You’ll Be Doing:Design comprehensive AI solution architectures that integrate multiple data sources into cohesive generative AI applicationsCreate technical blueprints for data flow, processing pipelines, and AI model integration across the full technology stackEstablish best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solution architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI FoundryDefine integration patterns and standards for connecting disparate data sources to AI workflowsArchitect end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric's unified data platformDesign and implement data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory and integrate with external systemsLeverage Fabric's OneLake architecture for seamless data integration across all workloadsImplement real-time analytics using Fabric's Real-Time Analytics and Event Streams capabilitiesOptimize data storage and processing using Fabric's Delta Lake and data mesh principlesAI/ML Integration & DevelopmentDesign and develop MCP servers to enable seamless AI model communication and context sharingDesign and deploy generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry's model catalog and deployment capabilitiesImplement RAG architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric's unified data platform and MCP serversImplement vector search and semantic capabilities within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystemAPI Development & Business Intelligence IntegrationDevelop robust APIs and microservices that expose AI functionality through standardized MCP interfacesDesign and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for AI model inference, data retrieval, and MCP server communicationBuild Power BI reports and dashboards that leverage AI-generated insights and predictions from MCP-enabled systemsImplement monitoring, logging, and observability for AI APIs, MCP servers, and data servicesTechnical Leadership & CollaborationCollaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development teamsLead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot AI implementationsStay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to business needsThe Ideal Candidate:Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience.Experience:2+ years of experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server development and implementationUnderstanding of MCP architecture, context management, and multi-agent AI systemsExperience building custom MCP servers for enterprise data source integrationKnowledge of MCP best practices for AI model communication and context sharingAzure AI Foundry & Microsoft Fabric Expertise3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric's integrated analytics platformExpert knowledge of Azure AI Foundry for AI application lifecycle managementDeep understanding of Fabric workspaces, compute engines, and cross-workspace collaborationExperience with Fabric's security model, data governance, and compliance featuresProven expertise in Fabric Data Factory, Power BI integration, and Real-Time Analytics5+ years of solution architecture experience with enterprise-scale cloud implementationsUnderstanding of modern data architecture patterns including data mesh, lakehouse, and medallion architectureExperience with OneLake and delta table optimization for large-scale analytics workloadsExperience with microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systemsKnowledge of data modeling, schema design, and database optimizationAI/ML Expertise3+ years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Neural Networks, generative AI, LLMs, and Azure AI FoundryProficiency with Azure AI Foundry's prompt flow, model evaluation, and deployment capabilitiesExperience with MCP server integration in AI workflows and multi-agent systemsExperience with responsible AI practices, content safety, and AI governance within the Microsoft ecosystemUnderstanding of fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model optimization techniquesSpecialized Skills:Expert-level proficiency with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive ServicesModel Context Protocol (MCP): Expert knowledge in developing and implementing MCP servers for AI model integration, context management, and multi-agent systemsData Technologies: Expert experience with SQL databases, MongoDB, NoSQL databases, and modern data engineering workflowsEnterprise Integrations: Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Dynamics 365, CRM/ERP data extraction, Microsoft Graph APIs, and Azure Active DirectoryDevelopment & APIs: Strong skills in Python, C#, Java for enterprise APIs, microservices, REST/GraphQL, and MCP protocol implementationBusiness Intelligence: Expert-level Power BI experience including custom connectors, DAX, Power Query, and advanced reporting Preferred Qualifications:PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical fieldCross-cloud platform knowledge is advantageous but not requiredExperience with MCP server architecture and protocol implementation for AI systemsKnowledge of data privacy regulations and Azure security best practicesPrevious experience in consulting or
